What We Collect

We collect email addresses only when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter through our email form. We do not require account creation or login. We use Google Analytics and Datafast to understand how visitors interact with our site. These services may place cookies in your browser to track page views, click behaviour, and session duration.

How We Use Your Information

Email addresses are used to send weekly insights on fundraising, financial modelling, and exit strategy. We use analytics data to measure page performance, identify broken links, and improve user experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your email address with third parties outside of our email service provider (Brevo).

Newsletter and Email

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We use Brevo to manage newsletter signups and distribution. Brevo is GDPR and CCPA compliant. We send emails only to addresses that have explicitly opted in.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Datafast track aggregated usage data. Neither service collects personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. through a form). You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser extension available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

External Services

We do not process payments directly. Book purchases are handled by Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. We have no access to your payment card or billing information. Our calculators and tools do not store data unless you explicitly save to your local computer. No user accounts or login systems exist.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to your browser settings and our analytics providers' policies. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Upon request, we will remove your email within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your email address at any time by contacting us at hello@raisereadybook.com. We will respond within 15 business days. You have no account to manage, but you may delete cookies through your browser settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Raise Ready indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
